Health Room
The nurses' offices at EAMS are located in Room A203 for Grade 6 and Room C302B for grades 7 and 8. Each office is staffed with a Certified School Nurse (CSN). Normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 3:00 pm on school days. Parents will be notified to refill the medication supply, as needed, and will receive notification at the end of the year to pick up any remaining medication by the last day of school before medications are discarded. ExaminationsPA law requires that all children entering school for the first time show proof that they have had a physical exam. A physical exam is also required in grade 11. Please take the Private Physician's Report of Physical Examination form to your Health Care Provider for completion and then return to the school nurse. A school physician is available for mandated exams only (not sick visits) to assess your child if you do not have a private doctor.
